CSS Exam Overview

The Central Superior Services (CSS) examination is conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) annually. It is one of the most prestigious competitive exams in Pakistan, opening doors to various elite government services.

Exam Structure

The CSS exam consists of three stages:

Written Examination

12 papers totaling 1200 marks covering compulsory and optional subjects.

Medical Examination

Physical and medical fitness test.

Viva Voce (Interview)

300 marks interview to assess personality and suitability.
